The investment strategy hinges on capitalizing on the distress in the market due to tighter lending standards, dislocated credit markets, and an abundance of sellers facing a scarcity of well-capitalized buyers.  We believe that money is made by buying right.  Through our proprietary pipeline of deals, we are poised to take advantage of the availability of high quality, performing properties held by motivated sellers. 

The investment criteria for Rockford Real Estate Fund I is designed to target small to mid-size retail shopping center opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region.
